Michael Palmieri, directeur des relations publiques / executive VP public relations
Mr. Palmieri is a marketing communications and business process consultant. Mr. Palmieri focuses on marketing services and product management for emerging financial technology firms. With extensive energy and financial markets news gathering and information dissemination experience at Reuters, he currently serves as the Director of Information Technology for Fossil Free Indexes LLC, a newly established environmental, social and governance index and research company. Past engagement include management, business development and marketing positions at FinAnalytica Inc. (now BISAM), Insightful Corp. (now TIBCO) and Soliton Associates (now SunGard). Based in New York City, Mr. Palmieri writes and edits extensively in the area of financial risk management with recent contributed pieces in Pension & Investments Online and Investment & Pensions Europe. Mr. Palmieri holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Geology from Ohio State University.
nicolas havette, directeur artistique & commissaire général / artistic director & general curator
Nicolas Havette is Artistic Director of the Manuel Rivera-Ortiz Foundation (since 2016), associated curator of the Tainan International Photography festival (Taiwan – since 2019), executive artistic director of the Chinese International Photography and Art Festival (Zhengzhou, China – since 2016). He is in charge of Jean Baudrillard’s photography collection and agent for Dmitry Markov’s work. He was artistic director of the festival Les Nuits Photographiques (Paris 2010-2015) et director of the art gallery: Le Magasin de jouets (Arles, France 2011-2018). He graduated from the National School of Photography and has exhibited as artist and curator in many museums, festivals and galleries such as national museum MUCEM, Les Rencontres d’Arles, Les Photaumnales (France), Yangon Photo Festival, Museum of Photography in Beijing, Made gallery (Paris), Photolux festival (Lucca, Italy), Labottega lab (Italy), Shengda museum (Zhengzhou, China), Photo Phnom Penh Festival, VT gallery (Taipei).
Camille Gajate, assistante de direction artistique / art direction assistant
Trained archivist in Guimet Museum’s photographic collections and Nagasaki University’s Old Photographs Archives, Camille Gajate learned photography conservation and the appreciation of their artistic value. INALCO graduate with a desire to share the collections, she reoriented herself in 2016 and obtained the title of Cultural Manager and Exhibition Curator at IESA, Paris. In doing so, Gajate worked for Kyotographie, Paris Photo, Photo Doc., and joined in 2018 the Manuel Rivera-Ortiz Foundation’s team. In 2019, she launched in Brittany the first edition of the open-air festival, BZH PHOTO.
