Paubrasilia
The exhibition Paubrasilia, scientific name of the tree known as “pau brasil“, is thought as a visual dialogue between France and Brazil. This tree, which gave its name to Brazil, is a symbol of abundance and scarcity. Symbolically, the history of “pau brasil“ allows us to look at our past and see who we are and especially where we want to go. A way to highlight many of our contemporary issues such as sustainable
development, cosmological visions of indigenous peoples, anthropocentrism and decolonial.
